  • Can I track my parcel?
    Yes. We mainly use 'EMS' or 'Auspost' for our deliveries and the tracking number will be sent to you via email depending on the order.
  • I received the tracking number, but there is no update."
    We have tracking labels on us in the warehouse and we are able to provide the tracking number before we dispatch. Please wait at least a day for updates.
  • Tracking confirms delivery completion, but I have not received the order
    If tracking information shows a package was delivered according to the courier company, we can only go by this information and will not be able to replace the order.
  • Tracking shows it has been received at the post office weeks ago, but the order still has not arrived"
    Unfortunately, courier companies make mistakes from time to time and packages get lost during transit. If the tracking information confirms that the package was received at the post office, but there has not been any movement for 10 working days (15 working days for Northern Ireland), we will reship the order free of charge.
  • What happens if my parcel is being held Customs?
    Please only contact us if your package has been with Customs for 10 working days. We will either reship or refund after 10 working days of no movement on the package. If you received an invoice to pay Customs fee, please contact us and attach a copy of the letter. Please do not make payments first and request to cover the payment after.
  • I missed delivery on multiple occasions
    Courier companies will try to deliver your order 2 or 3 times until they are stored at their hubs for 14 days before they are returned to the sender. You must collect your package from the courier company before they attempt returning the package to the sender. We do not accept returns for security reasons, so the courier companies' attempt to return packages will not be successful and therefore, we cannot take responsibility for the package going missing during this process or the return being unsuccessful. Please check your tracking information and "missed parcel" slips if the order is taking longer than usual to arrive to avoid these situations.
  • How does "Guaranteed Delivery" work?
    We will guarantee that your order is delivered* or we will give a full refund. * Courier company's tracking system showing shipment as delivered
  • Does this website operate legally?
    Yes. Our products are produced outside Australia and all products are declared to Korean Customs Office before they are dispatched.
  • I have used the wrong address. What do I do?
    Please contact us ASAP via email ( stating your order number, name and correct address. If we have already dispatched your order before the email, we will not be able to offer refunds, so please double check your details before you complete your purchase.
  • Do you have 'this' product?
    Unfortunately, we offer products mostly available from the Korean / Japanese market and we mostly only offer products that are already uploaded on the website.
  • Where are the cigarettes made in?
    Most products on our website are made in Switzerland, South Korea and Japan depending on the brand of cigarettes you choose. However, we have cigarettes from duty free stores around the world, so if this is important to you, we recommend you to contact us in advance before making your order.
